I really needed a pull-down faucet for my pantry sink. This one is almost identical to my more expensive Brizo kitchen faucet; however, the pressure on this one is way better than my Brizo. My plumber had a little bit of trouble tightening the neck part that goes into the base, but I emailed customer service, and they were so kind to send back a video on how to get it tight. Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you.
