This is a gorgeous faucet. I opted for the chrome finish rather than nickel for price and care reasons. We've had this now for over a year and it is still beautiful. The only minor issue is that sometimes it seems a little too straight - for instance when I pull the spray nozzle out, it is a teensy bit hard to turn it to spray into the far corners - but I prefer the look and shape the way it is so I don't mind. I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing. This is my third Rohl wall mount faucet. After installing the first two and using them for a few years we realized that this is the brand we we always buy from now on. Rohl is expensive but worth it.
