This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. Controls are pretty good, however are quite away under the hood. I love the filters as I can take them out and put them in the dishwasher for cleaning. This is a very nice faucet, I got it in black. It matches the restoration faucet perfectly. The shower head is extremely powerful, it’s great but we changed it because it started to sting our skin. Fits great as this is one of the standard sizes. A little hard to install retroactively but we got it eventually. Light and fan both work great. Fan has two speeds which both work effectively.
