This toilet is VERY heavy! It definitely takes 2 adults to carry it. Extra tall really means extra tall, I checked the height when I ordered it and knew it was a good bit taller than the standard toilet but in person it’s very tall. I’m 5’9” and I’m on my toes when sitting. It looks very nice and the skirted bottom makes it so much easier to clean. The skirt makes it harder to install but not terribly. The toilet was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The installation was more difficult than anticipated due to the age of the house and previous toilet in the space. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. The bidet component is much more effective than I thought it would be. I would recommend this toilet and I would go so far to say that I may buy a second one for my other bathroom upstairs.. I was shopping around for taller  toilet to update my out of date toilet in my restroom. Wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for at first. I was needing a taller one for my disabiled husband. While looking on Wayfair I found these 21 one at a great price. This comes in as a two piece toilet with a round seat. The design is nice with flush at the top of the tank instead of the side.  Comes with everything you need to install (will show in the attached picture) I was so happy I didnt have to go buy anything extra. After placing my order, the box came within a week. And you know with Wayfair,  shipping is free! This was easier then going to the store and shopping and not knowing what all I needed. When it arrived the toilet was well package and secure to ensure there was no breakage. Box has handles to insure it is lifted correctly. I would highly recommend this based on quality and price..
