Installation is extremely simple: the FixFit E is screwed onto an existing water outlet on the wall (size G ½; DN15). After that, any commercially available shower hose can be connected. All hoses with a conical nut will fit into the holder – including shower hoses from the hansgrohe range that are identical in colour also. You can create your own dream bathroom without much effort.

First off this is an amazing handshower. The powder rain is one of her softest rain shower experiences I have ever had. The design is gorgeous. And the fact that you can change the shower pulse type with a touch of a button is incredibly convenient and somehow they made the button press incredibly satisfying. “But why only four stars!!” You might be asking… Well, hansgrohe like so many others, has gone all plastic. The weight of this unit is nothing substantial and is kind of disappointing. However I trust hansgrohe, as I have a shower head and thermostatic control that has lasted 16 years with no issue. I mistakenly bought this shower head on a whim without realizing that it was 1.75 gpm while my previous Grohe shower head was 2.5 gpm. The difference is noticeable. I tried to grin and bear it, but after a couple months I could no longer. With a bit of quick research I was able to find a solution which was to remove the flow regulator from the end of the handle.
