I received the outdoor umbrella in a beige color and chose the dimensions that were 108 W x 180 D. It does come in a smaller size option as well. For colors there are a variety of options including blue, dark blue, beige, dark beige, and orange. It was very easy to install and yes it does come with a base. It only requires one peron to lift the umbrella and also to assemble together. The table is also used to keep the umbrella stable which is a plus especially with smaller spaces.
