Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed. We have had 12 of the American Standard pressure-assist toilets/tanks in our various homes over the years. We LOVE them. We have a plunger in the house - but have no idea where it is. We like the extra height because we are tall.
