A quick call to a very helpful Wayfair sales rep pointed me in the right direction on which remote was compatible with this specific fan model. The remote was easy to install and it worked like a charm. Fan assembly was easy. We also added a longer (24") down rod (purchased from our local box store) with no issues. Houston we had a problem. Nothing to do with the fan but when installing my back went out so here it is. Everything went together fine but I was unable to finish the install. I ordered 7 of the Wynd 5 - Blade Outdoor /Indoor Smart Ceiling Fan for a new home.
