Excellent rug for the price. These photos were taken about 24 hours after unrolling and laying it down. There is still a slightly noticeable place where it was folded down the middle, but I expect that to lay down over the next several days. No shedding, and the colors are as expected from the photo. I am not using a pad because my furniture keeps it in place. I may add one for comfort but its not a must have. I chose it as I wanted something lighter in color (its a north facing room) that wouldnt immediately show how much my dog sheds (shes light brown to white), and has an interesting pattern that goes with my home. It’s a nice rug. I purchased the beigerust colored one and from my POV, it’s more of an ivorycream color than it is beige. Although these photos make it look more beige, in good lighting it’s a bit brighter. (Four stars for that.) Also, not super thin I can go without putting a rug pad underneath it, personally. It came rolled up and laid out pretty nicely. Has the new rug smell, but not super strong to where it’s unbearable. I’ve also only had it for one whole day and don’t see too much shedding so far.
