Ok. I ordered a different item, 2 days later I checked on the delivery. The web site said the item was canceled. Mayfair did not contact me about the cancelation. I order this part. Mayfair explained the delivery date and said if I needed it sooner I could pay 30.00 for expedited delivery. The item arrived late. I would like a refund for the extra shipping charge. The item works OK. It is definitely not high quality.. Kenneth. Manlius, NY. Thu Aug 06 2026

Taking a shower is a daily experience that can have a major impact on your mood throughout the day, so why not make the best of it? Enjoy this state-of-the-art, elegantly designed shower fixture, which is extremely durable and safe to use, while at the same time helping you save up on your money and time. (Please note that this is a dual shower head without a control switch. The customer needs to buy their control switch or valve to use.)

Looks great and works really well! This was easy to install. Even came with the teflon pipe thread tape. I wish they had noted the wrench sizes needed in the instructions so I could have prepared. I ended up using a pair of vise grip pliers because it needed two different fairly large metric wrenches. The reason this was important for our use is that the selector switch is at the bottom of the vertical rod. That makes it easy for my short wife to control. The main and upper connection comes with an adapter if your fitting is in a hollow wall as was mine or you leave the adapter off if your fitting is flush with the wall surface. The bottom can mount three different ways. It has a suction cup mount which didn’t work for me because the tile grout lines were right where it needed to be. If you do use the suction mount, you press it against the wall and then rotate the ring that then pulls back on the cup to make a strong seal. You can screw a circular plate to the wall or use the double stick tape fitting which is what I did. You can angle the rain or let it just come straight down. Do note that it does not include a water temp or flow control valve which feeds the water to the upper fitting. This was a nice upgrade!. Dan. Lavonia, GA. Tue Mar 19 2024

Very easy installation. It took me longer to remove the old shower head than it did to install the new one. I love the adjustable rods which seem very sturdy. The hose is a sturdy metal but the shower itself and handheld are plastic. It seems most fixtures at this price point are plastic. I was concerned for the clearance to the top of my shower ceiling at a height of only 81” from the floor. The rain shower sits at 6’3” above the floor so it will fit my 6ft son. I studied the specifications on the item description before I ordered to find out all the measurements so it was sure to fit under my low ceiling. This was the only adjustable shower fitting I found that had both a rain shower and handheld. I can’t comment on the water pressure as I just finished caulking and haven’t yet turned it on. But I’m looking forward to standing under the rain shower.. Susan. Fort Wayne, IN. Sun Feb 26 2023
