Looks and works fine overall. I don’t like that the actual pump part doesn’t screw in or fasten, just kind of sits down in the bottle of soap which makes it feel a bit flimsy and wobbly. We absolutely love this faucet. Our old one was brushed nickel and falling apart, so this was first on our "let's update and renovate our home" list. The champagne bronze is such a pretty colour, and the shape is modern without being weird. We also got the matching Delta hot water dispenser (same colour, but worth noting the tint is just slightly different but barely noticeable). We love the led light temperature sensor- probably one of our favourite features. The touch is... So so. We're not used to it and didn't get it for that, so meh. It's annoying when we accidentally brush it and have to restart the water. The package did arrive with only one check valve. Wayfair was unable to replace it, so we had to purchase one seperately- they go for about $60-70. However, customer service was terrific and did give us a partial refund. Installation was otherwise straightforward- my husband installed this, the hot water dispenser, hot water tank, and a filter system in one (long) afternoon.. Tara Jonathan. Austin, TX. I'm a tea and hot water drinker, and my husband let it slip that many places in the UK have a hot water tap on demand. Lo and behold, we can have that too... And now so! We absolutely love this dispenser. The champagne bronze is such a pretty colour, and the shape is modern without being weird. We also got the matching Delta Touch2O faucet (same colour, but worth noting the tint is just slightly different but barely noticeable). We replaced an old and unused filter water dispenser with this one (and installed a hot water tank underneath). I love this faucet! It’s a beautiful color, aesthetically interesting and the multiple touch points are very convenient when cooking, cleaning and having littles that help in the kitchen. You are able to tap the handle, the top of the faucet and just put your hands under bend in order to make the water turn on. The battery life is sufficient so they don’t drain as quickly as you might imagine. My only issue is the tech that regulates temperaturepressure when the hot water is on. I agree with Gail looks good but the "nozzle" part where the soap come out spins quite freely so it doesn't always stay pointed over your sink. is there another part or instructions on how to prevent it from spinning freely?
