But, we reached out to Kohler and they’re sending us a new faucet head for free! We also sometimes wish the pull down functionality was longer. But definitely not a deal breaker. This massive system unfortunately will not even fit in this house without replacing the cabinetry, counter and sink. We are though moving back to our other house in a month and will be definitely installing this.
