Solid upgrade from my pro22, assembly was straight forward. The “break-in” process was simple. I really enjoy the wifi( I didn’t have this before) the hooks to hang the grates for cleaning. The drip tray design ten times better than my previous traeger. Delivery was quick and the package arrived in great shape. I was a bit worried about assembly after reading some mixed reviews, but my 12-year-old kid and I put it together in just over an hour. The instructions were surprisingly clear and straightforward — zero frustration!  The 2-in-1 grill and griddle design is brilliant. Having the option to sear steaks on the grill side while doing bacon, eggs, and smashed burgers on the griddle at the same time makes hosting so easy. The cooking surface is huge! We hosted a neighborhood block party last weekend with over 15 people, and we handled all the food effortlessly without making anyone wait.  The double stainless steel lids feel solid, look sharp, and help lock in heat evenly. I’m doing Ramen noodles and the dollar store of course like he likes hot and spicy and all that so that’s what he was he was it right maybe I’ve had top Ramen ones but I know some people like it a lot but the thing is not really fussy for like Mexican food food tamales but then Mexican food is not a popular thing where we are that we have it but it’s not like you know here you hear what we’re going from Mexican like that kind of thing maybe it’s like this down here but Thai food is like a lot of people going for every time you turn around somebody’s going for Thai food we have kind of quite a few Mexican places around aren’t we There’s been a few more Thai places opening up and whatever we’ve been introduced or have people who eat it you go to a Thai restaurant and you know they’re helping you order something we could go to a Thai restaurant and we would have no idea what is good batter in different. I would probably go like what’s the closest thing to sweet-and-sour chicken I found this place. It was pretty good but you typically get an order and just bring back to my hotel room and work on computer one time so I had to 4 star some of him five levels but this place always and wouldn’t be that hot. Sometimes you get honest and then it just wasn’t so I’d have to ask for the tree. He took one guys out for dinner down there to that place and he likes his stuff he used to be pretty sure last couple years just kind of hit the heat we would go for boy they had it together man it was it was was so hot. I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook.
