It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head. This set looks great out of the packaging. While the use of plastic for most of these pieces feels cheap, it's standard with almost all brands at this price point.
