This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. It’s sleek, modern and sophisticated. It makes any bathroom look a 1000 times better than any standard toilet. It flushes down wads of toilet paper that my toddler throws in there. It gets everything clean with one flush. It’s the perfect size. I know it will last a long time. Kohler is always reliable and durable for us. Assembly was interesting because it’s a new hanging concept for us but we managed. I would Buy this to put through the entire home if money was not an issue.
