It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated. I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together.
