Bags will bounce on the boards and may not slide the same as wood sets, but once you get used to the different style of play, they are a BLAST to use. We are sure some cornholers will complain that this set cannot provide the traditional cornhole experience, but these are made as a highly portable cornhole option for people who don't want to bring out their full size set (beach, camping, etc.).
