I am delighted by the high design of this set. I selected it to replace a dated unit in our home. The components are solid with some serious weight to each piece. I love the easy to clean, silicone, sprayer jets on the rain head, wall head and the hand sprayer. I deducted 1 star because the components do not operate simultaneously. Introducing the Smart Living&Technology Thermostatic All-In-One Shower System—a harmonious blend of modern design, cutting-edge technology, and luxurious functionality. Elevate your shower experience with this comprehensive system that seamlessly combines form and function.

Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. If this thing breaks it is going to be a big problem since the seller doesn't respond and it is manufactured in China.. Christopher. AZ. Thu Aug 28 2025
