The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. WOW!!! What a deal! Front venting, under the countertop DUAL kegerator that dispenses fresh and ice cold beer! What a lovely and inexpensive setup! Don't hesitate at all to choose this brand. I was torn on which kegerator to go for, I knew I needed a front venting one to put underneath granite countertops and this Kegco one did not disappoint at all. You'll have to cut a small circular hole on top of your countertop so you can mount the tower and attach the lines but it was easy to do. I swapped out the faucets for Perlick ones so that I can control the flow that dispenses out but honestly the faucets that come with the kegerator are great too. Everything is included to get yourself set up. Just fill the CO2 tank up at a welding shop or a beer brewing store, get your kegs from a liquor store and you're good to go. Make sure you wait 24 hours before you plug the kegerator in, then plug her in and also wait until your kegs are fully cold before pouring a beer so you're not left with all foam in your glass. Very quiet kegerator! My wine cooler fridge is much louder than this. I also recommend having a dedicated outlet just for the kegerator. You can fit 2 sixth kegs inside plus the CO2 tank or 1 full size keg and the CO2 tank.
