Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. I have been a professional commercial flooring contractor for over 30 years. I went with Mannington vinyl plank flooring because they have the best quality products. I installed the Audra Max in our new home bathroom. The seams are truly invisible. I self leveled the concrete slab and my wife said that this floor is both beautiful and easy to clean. It works for holding single LP's. I had ordered this to match the same pattern in our kitchen, and discovered it wasnt the same click and lock tile from that room. Instead, although the same pattern it is glue down. My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. This was an overall very easy build. It did have quite a few screws but it was definitely very manageable. It did come in slightly damaged, but with a marker im sure it won't be noticeable.
