The very last part of install was the light and there were two male connections instead of a male female, but just cut the end off and hardwired it not a big deal. I searched for the internet for several fans this color and size. I finally landed on this Hunter one. I loved everything about it. My husband installed it without any trouble. We absolutely love it. The light is the perfect color, not too yellow and not too white-like most LED lights can be. The only downside would be the remote. It only has up and down arrows and the remote does not have a holder for the wall. We tend to loose remotes easily in our household so that is a negative point for us. It was a quick set up,came with a booklet for easy instructions and also the hardware needed to hang the outdoor fan.This fan has a light with different settings and colors, the fan panels are two different color black and brown.I went with the black looks way better,the remote also controls the fan speeds and timer which is great..
