So - this is a pretty set, and it meets our needs well. Bottom cushions are firm, the backs are comfy. If you want to lay along the length of the couch, you need to know the seat is not deep - you need to either remove the back cushions or be really thin! Had some trouble with the order, but Wayfair made it right - the chair arrived broken but they sent a new one. Many of the cushions have reddish stains on them, and they're mostly invisble b/c of where they are. I reported the stains and got a discount when I chose to keep them, so I feel I was treated well - but I am stumped about how to remove the stains. Nothing seems to work! Anyway, I like the set.. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers..
