Well i guess I ordered a sample of this gorgeous flooring instead of the box but its super nice. It has cushion base and interlocking for stability its nice and wide not a thin strip. There is a wide color selection I chose vintage oak for my needs. The box price is reasonable and the sample really sold me on the quality level. The sample was great to help an informed choice of product is would highly recommend a sample before purchasing any flooring choice now. First, I would like to start off with... I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER AND THE OPTION TO INSTALL PROFESSIONALLY IS NOT OFFERED. Now, with that out of the way, I love this color flooring and the materials are so smooth when walking on it. The rich walnut goes perfect with my gold accent curtains. It makes the room feel really warm. It is important to purchased the right amount and place the panels in the right directions. The picture and the box that it comes in shows how the placement of the panels go. Do not put them all going in 1 direction, it will not work. I chose the snap and lock ones because I didnt want to get involved with all of that glue, also, I really didnt want to pull my vinyl flooring up because I am not a professional and if I messed up, I could just pull the panels up and hire a professional. (I pulled them up after taking the picture and Im hiring a professional right after this review lol). It seems easy enough, however, I need to pull my base boards off and pull my vinyl up so that they can secure properly. Had a lot of difficulty in finding an LVP flooring that was a nice light, but not too light, look with a beautiful variation of color and grain. The Rock Maple Medio is perfect and fills the bill.
