I purchased 4 boxes to renovate my bathroom floor. The worst of it was removing the existing Lino/vinyl floor tiles. I was adding the new tiles as I was removing the old ones and it worked pretty wells. I had to use super glue in some corners to ensure the tiles were glued properly. It didn’t always stick sufficiently with the provided adhesive backing. Straight cuts are super easy, just score the tile 3 times and bend it. Of course it’s harder the smaller the piece you need to cut off sometimes. Some cuts were difficult (L shaped cuts) and I wasted a few tiles because they broke during the cut. But I was able to use the same tile for multiple cuts, so it worked out in the end. To cut around the toilet, drawing the curve and scoring it 3 times easily took care of the majority of it. Then I used a snipping tool at times when it was too tight. I used unsanded grout to finish, and it worked great for the most part. However there are micro movements on some tiles which causes the grout to pop out after less than a week, so I’m always vacuuming . So I might caulk those areas instead. These tiles were exactly what I was looking for. It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. The tile is awesome!!! I have to admit I don’t like the Spanish marble. But my husband got to pick the tile and I picked everything else. The tile however was easy to install and looks really good. A lifesaver for my old house! I have three types of hardwood flooring in my kitchen/dining room. It was an eyesore and so difficult to keep clean, as it's old and badly damaged. I have been a professional commercial flooring contractor for over 30 years. I went with Mannington vinyl plank flooring because they have the best quality products. I installed the Audra Max in our new home bathroom. The seams are truly invisible. I self leveled the concrete slab and my wife said that this floor is both beautiful and easy to clean. Love these tiles! I have purchased them in the past and they are great quality. They are pricey but very nice. We always end up grouting them with vinyl tile grout and have never had any issues.
