Great to get my replacement hot tub cover. Shortage of materials has caused this product to greatly increase in price and delayed delivery times. Product is good and required to keep your tub clean, and your Electra costs down. But I’ve now gone through 3 covers in the last 6 years! The kids really enjoy this, we have had round trampolines in the past but they like this one better. I will say that the width seems a little small which is why I am glad I went with the 10x16FT rather than the 8FT one that was one here. This does come with the little loop anchors that go over the feet. I would highly recommend spending a little more to get the screw in type anchors. Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. Definitely need two people to set up and several hours. The net doesn’t fit all the way around at the bottom - you’re supposed to tie it with a provided string. The one enclosed was way too short. The soft top is an amazing foam cover that is not easily affected by the chemicals found in hot tubs. This soft top does not absorb water unlike most foam covers on the market. The foam cover is 1/4" thick and comes in a roll which you can trim to custom-fit the shape of your spa. The floating cover floats on top of the spa water to retain heat and condensation. To obtain the utmost in energy efficiency, use the soft top with a rigid, hardcover; the dead air space that forms between the two covers provides excellent protection against heat loss. Compared to commonly used solar blanket material, the soft top insulate far better and will last much longer.
