This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. I am very pleased with this Sauna. It is for one person and is 5.5 ft tall which is a nice size for my workout area. Assembly was a breeze.
