Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Washer works well. It is reasonably quiet and has low vibration levels. Overall capacity is good, especially compared to our previous 20+ year-old washer. This is considered a high-efficiency washer, so you have to get used to the lesser amount of water it uses compared to older machines. The primary negative is the fabric softener dispenser clogs with the softener residue quite frequently. We have to remove and clean the dispenser tray after every 10 loads or so. The clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. The machine itself is very quiet… I have probably run about 100 loads on it already and I never hear it. Whereas my old machine was super loud when it would spin the clothes dry. The appearance of the machine is also super sleek with touchscreen buttons. I apologize for how messy my laundry room is as it is not fully renovated yet🤣 but once it is, the machine is going to look as modern as the room it’s in. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent. Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate. The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed! Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished. The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. It just arrived yesterday. The manual could be more specific on options. I used the Bedding/Waterproof option as I was washing bedding, however, nothing waterproof. I do not plan on using that option again and the tub fills to the top and the laundry barely moves even though they only filled the tub 1/2 way before starting the cycle. It took 2 hours to complete. The Normal wash cycle works well. The manual could be more specific in that you DO have an option to change the water temp from the default "warm" to cold by touching the word "cold" while turned on the Normal cycle. It's my 1first impeller washer and I need more time to give a genuine opinion. Modern appliances take a bit more research before making choices on the type of load you will be doing.. Kathy. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! It’s very pretty and relaxing. The access door is hard to open. The jets are powerful enough for me. I’m in MD and is 88 degrees now, when I’m in the tub, and it is at 104, it doesn’t feel very hot to me, but still warm and relaxing. Other reviewers say they use it in 40 degree weather so I’ll try when it gets colder. Though wayfair said I had “big and bulky” delivery… the delivery company said it was up to the driver if they would take it to back yard… my driver eventually did, ( with my help) and it was a lot for a man and a woman to move … not sure why the guy came alone and with no sliders, no dolly, only a forklift … I still tipped him because after waiting two and a half months, I was just happy to be getting in…finally Update: I’ve used the spa many times during the winter in the 40’s and below… it’s wonderful ! I never feel cold in it and I still don’t have it turned all the way up. Another update: I forgot to say that I did hire an electrician to put in a designated electricity line for the hot tub … even though it’s plug and play, I didn’t want any issues with tripping my electricity and the electrician said it’s worth it, and protects your investment. I feel better that it has its own waterproof line. A year later, and still no issues with the hot tub ! This was one of the best purchases of my life. I actually look forward to getting in after work during winter! It actually feels better in the winter than in spring because you can really feel the heat of the spa when it’s colder outside. I highly recommend !!! There’s nothing not to love about it. Update: so the OH signal came on (over heat) and the tub wouldn’t power on. I went online to read the manual … if that happens check the filter there’s usually an obstruction … there was a pebble in the filter…as soon as I removed it, the spa powered up right away and “OH “ went away !!! Still totally happy with my purchase ! It is a delight, sturdy, and no problems with it !!! Update: it’s two years later and the spa is still operating perfectly and I still love it . I bought a new filter for it through Wayfair this year, because no local stores seemed to have it, it works great ! It is now 5/2026 I have not had one problem with this hot tub ! Easy order. Delivery guys were so awesome. But here’s my problem so far (I just got this today). When I was looking at purchasing, a lot of people had on their reviews that the access access panel was difficult to get to. Believe it. You have 4. 3-inch screws. Set deep into the corners of the access panel. They are so hard to get in and out I had noticed even on My spa The assembly people put one in crooked and then just screwed a new one on top of it. Aqua rest really needs to rethink that access panel and make it much easier to access. As far as spa is concerned it is very pretty ! mines at a 110 but I do notice that the Jets are nice but not strong enough for a deep tissue massage. You may want to think about that if you’re looking for strong jets Also, I had ordered the Keystone color which online looks a little bit brown and when I got my steps first, they looked gray. Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job.
