I am extremely happy with this chair. The dimensions are perfect for me and it is very comfortable. It fit well into its planned location without having to move any other furniture. Delivery service gave a four hour delivery window and literally made it right in the middle of the window. Assembly was pretty easy. One caution— it is heavy and even though I assembled it by myself, I wished I had someone to help me. I did get help getting the box into the house. I would not have been able to do that by myself.. Very, very comfortable. Easy to put together. Has every function you could possibly want. Material is very soft, though I would recommend to put something over the head rest to prevent hair oils or what ever from getting on there. Just like you would use a pillow case. Comfortable, nice size for all body types. Really like that it gives you the option to lay all the way back. Also like that my feet are supported and don’t hang off the chair in the recline position. I’m 5 feet 6 inches tall for reference. Massage is more a vibrating feature, not deep massage. Heat option is a plus. I purchased the lighter color and really think it brings a since of warmth and brightness to a small space, but ensure there is at least 3 feet from the back of the chair from the wall depending on how far one wants to recline. I love these two power lift recliners. They were assembled & installed perfectly. However one of the remotes was damaged in shipping( photo attached). The recliner is great ! Although I am terribly disappointed that I was sent the gray one instead of the CHOCOLATE BROWN one that I bought!
