Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Our spa pad (also known as the Handi-spa pad) is a faster, cheaper alternative to concrete pads and wooden decks. These 6 modular pads, which connect together to make an 8’ x 8’ area, are more than sufficient to accommodate most hot tubs. Additional pads can be purchased if you have a larger spa. It goes together in minutes: Simply place the pads where you want them, lock them together with the built-in connectors, and you’re ready to go. No mess, no waiting, no hassles, no problem. The Handi-Spa Pad is constructed of durable, weatherproof, high-density polyethylene, offered in a gray or black color. Each pad measures 32” x 48” x 2” thick and weighs 15 lbs.
