I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler.
