We were worried this would look too large in our kitchen but I LOVE it. It's elegant, and I actually love the higher handles a lot more than I had expected. My husband and I are both tall though, so maybe that factors in. A number of reviewers mentioned how hard it is to "snap" the nozzle back into the faucet. I found this to be also true HOWEVER, this doesn't diminish it's value to us. While it may not snap back in easily, I find myself not bothering with that since it still retracts and doesn't dangle there awkwardly. It isn't obvious when it isn't snapped in fully (to me), so I find myself not really caring about this, especially when I enjoy the look of it so much. I will try to add photos of this soon. All in all, we really love this faucet. I should also mention that we didn't pay full price, but got this on a pretty great sale price. If I paid full price I might (very slightly) care about all of this a bit more. But I didn't, and I don't. EDIT: I added some photos. The first two show the difference between it snapped in and not snapped in. Can't tell the difference? Neither can I. I had to zoom in to even remember which was which. If it's totally obvious to you and you're first reaction is "Oh LORD how tacky is this lady to not fully snap back in her faucet nozzle! GAH!"...then maybe this isn't the faucet for you.. Rebecca. The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41. I love the pull down head feature, it makes filling larger pots, that can't fit in my sink, on the counter. It's easy to clean, by simply wiping it off. I didn't have any issues with the nozel getting clogged. The water pressure greatly exceeded my previous faucet. I really am shocked at the quality of this elegant hardware.
