So overall, not too bad. There are three different boxes all came on different days. The people that delivered them that was a little odd. They came in budget delivery trucks like those rental trucks. They didn’t use dollies I think cause they didn’t have any and they left the packages in my driveway in front of my garage for everybody to see so I’m glad I was home to get them. The boxes were pretty beat up the first box that was beat up the mouse and somewhat opened had all the wood so I think that’s how the damage occurred so Wayfair I would check in how you’re using your delivery service services. My cats took to this immediately, from the time I had the pieces all over the floor, to the time it was built. I like how nice it looks in the house. I bought this gray wood and the darker wood version. It was fairly easy to build, especially if you use a power screw driver. There were a couple of places I had to drill the holes a little deeper to get the screws in, but I’m not very strong. The one thing t had trouble with is the bigger wood pieces had black plastic pieces on the corners. My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house.
