Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. This float is specially designed to spread grout into joints when grouting tile with epoxy-based grout.

Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! The Armor Epoxy is an industrial grade high performance concrete coating designed to enhance and protect interior concrete floors. Made from 100% solids water based 2-part epoxy, the Armor Epoxy can withstand exposure to surface abrasion, oil, and gas.

We love this water-based epoxy. We've used it on our basement concrete floors in the past and are currently using it on our Pole Barn concrete floors. I've even used it on a concrete table we built. For best results, use at least two coats. You may be a little nervous after the first coat, but it moves to WOW mode after the second coat. You use one-to-one parts from each jug.
