These are high quality, expensive knives. Very well balanced and razor sharp out of the box. They feel really nice in your hand. It is thin behind the edge, but has enough blade stock to feel sturdy. They stick well to the magnetic board. The sharpener works really well (the water is a nice feature) and works much better than cheap sharpeners.
