Arrives in four boxes. Mine arrived next day. Everything is packaged nicely. I had two pieces of bent metal for the side of the roof that I just bent back with vice grips. The instructions are fairly straightforward, mostly just pictures, however. Several times I had to read forward few steps to see which way something was supposed to face or be assembled. They definitely could be better. The roof panels are probably the most time consuming portion. You have to make sure the panels are lined exactly up on the front of the wood in the back or they will not fit properly at all. Definitely need to take your time and make sure that's done perfectly. Same with the metal pieces that go around the edge of the metal roofing. The stain on the wood is fairly thin. I was only given four anchors to drill into concrete. I ended up buying more. EDIT: We received a large amount of heavy snow and ice and before I was able to clear it off the roof it did cause two of the roof supports to crack. I contacted the company and thought NO WAY anyone get back to me. They did! several times.
