This order arrived 4 days after I placed the order. though I tracked the package each day, after I received the ‘order received’ email, I didn’t receive anything else until after I was putting it together, when I received the ‘delivered’ email. Construction was slightly thinner stainless steel, compared to the grill this one is replacing. I opened the box to look for directions and had to remove everything from the box to find the booklet. It should be the last thing placed in the box during packaging. The instruction booklet is poorly written and images, while not great, were adequate. On the box lid was a QR Code to the manufacturers website with a video describing how to put the grill together. Watch it twice and the instruction booklet will make sense. There was plenty of hardware for the unit but I would have preferred to see lock-washers included for most of the screws used to put the cabinet together (‘EE’ screws). This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. I think it's a nice grill took a bit to assemble, but got it done only to find out that it apparently you can't convert it to natural gas! Before chking out, it has the area showing thing that go along with the purchase. One being a cover and the other being a natural gas conversion kit. The assembled item looks good and is sturdy. The directions missed a couple of steps that added extra time. My main complaint is the use of self drilling sheet metal screws in areas that connect plastic to plastic, and should use a wide thread screw. The screws provided don’t tighten well in those areas..
