[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother needed a new faucet for her kitchen and this was exactly the style she wanted! We liked the brushed nickel as it doesn't show fingerprints or soap spots as much! This was very easy to install, had all the necessary parts included, and liked that it included the plate for perfect match. I do think it was unnecessarily tall. A few inches shorter and it still would've been great. It's nice when having to do large tasks in the kitchen sink like washing large soup pots or even pup baths for the shih tzus! It pulls out and has a powerful spray for all your needs and easily goes right back into the holder.. Krystalk31_2185. Mon Dec 15 2025

The Soirée one-piece elongated universal height skirted toilet with Cefiontect® has a bold and modern high-profile design, projecting a mark of excellence: "People planet water." Soirée features a sleek, one-piece design that will immediately beautify the appearance of your bathroom. The one-piece design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also offers the benefit of being easier to clean versus a two-piece toilet. By removing the gap between the tank and the bowl, we eliminate the hiding place for dirt and debris. An additional benefit of the one-piece toilet is that there is no threat of leaks from bolts or gaskets that can occur in two-piece toilets. The skirted design of the Soirée conceals the trapway, which enhances the elegant look of the toilet and adds a level of sophistication. Skirted design toilets also eliminate the need to reach behind the bowl to clean the nooks and crannies of the exterior trapway. The Soirée features Tornado Flush®, a hole-free rim design with dual nozzles that create a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the Soirée includes Cefiontect®, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with Tornado Flush®, assists in reducing the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The Soirée is designed in universal height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users.

I gave a 5 star review because of how Wayfair handled my sitiuation. I ordered a new sink. I have the same sink in white. Decided I wanted a darker one because cleaning a while sink is a pain. Mostly because we are on a septic system and I can't use bleach like I could if i was in town on city water. We ordered the color Cinder. It arrived, we opened the box and it looked good. It took some time to schedule the plumbers to swap the sink. Plumbers came out, removed the old white sink. He went to install the new sink and it was broken on the right side. It was CRUSHED. Not just a crack.... UGH I was so frustrated. We had already paid $150 travel fee for the plumbers to come up because we live in the mountains of Colorado. So he replaced the old white sink and we planned on ordering a new Cinder Color sink. I called Wayfair I was outside of Wayfair's warranty. I think it had been 4 weeks and a couple of days. So Wayfair said they would go back to the sink distributor since it's under warranty with them. The Ikon company came back and blamed Wayfair for there poor shipping company. They said Wayfair was responsible. Personally I think it was the company. Wayfair stepped up and said they would replace the sink. So we ordered a new one. It came cracked. I took photos of the packaging and couldn't believe how Ikon packaged a $1,300 sink. See the photos I attach. So we called Wayfair again and they replaced it a third time. Finally we had a sink packaged as it should be and it wasn't broken. The sink ships from the distributor, not Wayfair so keep that in mind when reviewing there products. Even though I had to return the sink 2x Wayfair was so AWESOME and stood up for this product. My personal suggestions... open your items, completely before install. This is important so you don't run into a delay on installation.. Tina. Canon City, CO. Fri Sep 27 2024
