It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. The direction are useless except for the pictures. Whomever developed these directions used the same letters to identify different parts. It took me 4 hours to assembly.
