This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. My range arrived packaged like a faberge egg. Perfect condition yet easy to unpack. It is sleek and immediately I felt the glass top was so much higher quality than the one I had been using. Turns out that glass quality/ceramic can vary greatly and this is definitely what I was hoping for. The control panel is quite intuitive so the learning curve is easy. All the materials are sturdy, precision made and meant to provide assistance to the chef. As with most Air Fryers, there is an adaptive curve for recipes and well, I made potato chips my first time, delicious even though I was going for just air fried potatoes. It is very well insulated so the kitchen did not heat up much. Because the lower clearance is minimum, we had to have th electrician relocate our receptacle. Only took a few minutes.
