It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. The extra tall toilet is 21＂from the floor to the seat, this increased height of the toilet bowl reduces the burden on knees and joints, it makes the user more comfortable to sit and stand. Love the look of this toilet. Size is perfect for my space. The biggest downside is that it took my contractor 4 attempts to set it right so that it would not leak.
