Absolutely love this bidet toilet! The warm seat and warm water make it so comfortable, and the feeling of cleanliness is next-level. Total upgrade!  I don’t know how I lived without it! The drying option doesn’t seem to dry according to the level of water output, but not a big deal. Toilet paper still works for that! Box had everything in it and the directions were thorough. Once the power and plumbing had been adjusted to fit toilet install, everything was fairly simple. The only complaint was the gel wax ring, it didn’t work and lifted the toilet to high of the floor. I had to purchase a different one . Other than that it was direct and simple. There are multiple functions that allow you to adjust your level of clean and comfort. Rear and front wash options have various nozzle positions, water pressure adjustment, temperature controls, wind and seat temps, and an additional feature that provides a specialized bubble wash with pulse massage. For convenience there is a half as well as a full slush. The dryer temp can also be adjusted. The night light makes late bathroom trips much easier. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT. Working great. I really like the dust collector inside. I'm used to having a thin vent to pull out, but this is a compartment you pull out and open up. The dust is inside and easy to pull out. I highly recommend it for anyone with a pet that sheds on blankets. This dehumidifier works amazing! We had a humidity issue in our house and this fixed it. This dehumidifier works so well it actually made our smart thermostat send alert that humidity had dropped below normal.
