This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. Easy order. Delivery guys were so awesome. But here’s my problem so far (I just got this today). When I was looking at purchasing, a lot of people had on their reviews that the access access panel was difficult to get to. Believe it. You have 4. 3-inch screws. Set deep into the corners of the access panel. They are so hard to get in and out I had noticed even on My spa The assembly people put one in crooked and then just screwed a new one on top of it. Aqua rest really needs to rethink that access panel and make it much easier to access. As far as spa is concerned it is very pretty ! mines at a 110 but I do notice that the Jets are nice but not strong enough for a deep tissue massage. You may want to think about that if you’re looking for strong jets Also, I had ordered the Keystone color which online looks a little bit brown and when I got my steps first, they looked gray.
