The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on. The outcome is this new Naturale Line. This is the most realistic grain pattern out on the market with just the right amount of texture even your guests might get confused thinking it is real wood. The board still has a great stain, fade, and scratch-resistance of its original line. The board has 2-different sides one with wood grain and one without. This is the hollow board with a groove in it.
