The delivery was spot on and well packaged It came wrapped in several layers of bubble and Saran wrap with styrofoam in the box. Took a while and some effort to open but not one tile was damaged. The actual box with the tiles is another story. Must be careful when opening the box it actually fell apart and some of the tiles fell on my foot. Beautiful tile and beautiful detailing. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because it chipped in a couple spots upon install. Possibly just the contractor’s fault. I will say the color of grout makes a huge difference in the feel for this tile. I originally had Mapei grout, color grey. The installers didn’t mix the grout correctly and it came out blotchy and bleached out in places. I did a grout refresh on it to fix that issue and went darker with the grout, did Mapei grout refresh color black. Wow, looks so much better IMO! Unfortunately, I'm unable to install it right now, but I'm going to be installing this and the bathroom faucet(s) once I move, and I can't wait! This Shower System is not only super sleep and just awesome looking, but it's for some pretty impressive specs. It's for multiple rainfall style showerheads, as well as a handheld shower sprayer attached to a nice and long 5ft. hose. I got it in the Brushed Nickel finish, but it also comes in a Brushed Gold and a Matte Black. There's a thermostatic valve included, it's for an anti-scald feature and SO much more!
