Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. We purchased the 60x34 RH shower pan. Very nice quality and we will be very happy with it. Only issues we found with it was the sides were not milled quite straight/square so had to sand down a bit on one end. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material.
