The sauna is great! The beauty light in the original shipment came with the wood frame around it broken up. A replacement was sent and arrived yesterday. The frame was broken up again but not as bad. The beauty light was still in the wood frame this time but each end was broken. From the sides the unit was wrapped well but it was not wrapped well from the ends thus the heavy beauty light slid in the package from one end to the next breaking the wood frame. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly. 3. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna. Please note when using the sauna stove, do not always dry heat it, after putting in the sauna stone and wait for the sauna stove wire to heat up and turn red, water a small amount on the sauna stone. Good quality sauna. Assembly instructions were easy and it took approximately 30 minutes to put together with two people. It heats up pretty quickly as well. Went together pretty easily as advertised, and we are terrible at assembling. Packaging was perfect, no damage. Looks gorgeous, works great, listening to Bluetooth tunes through ceiling speakers and light therapy is rolling. It’s exactly what we wanted. Check the bottom of the box for paperwork showing what screws to use for what parts. There is a separate page not i. The manual for the screws and plastic washer for the door handles. The instructions don’t specifically say when to screw parts in but you can figure it out. Wayfair has competitive pricing and had best ship dates when I ordered. We ordered a seat cushion and the back rests are a must, but they need to be screwed in. The thing I don’t like is the cords above to the ceiling. I never give 5 stars but did!. Gail. MN. I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”. I put this into an existing 48” wide closet and to do that required some modification to the closet opening. My wife and I use this almost every night and we love it!. Jim. Warrensburg, MO.
