This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking.
