Awesome rug! I teach Health to K-5th grades, and we do an 8- minute Kids Fit HIIT video workout at the beginning of class on this rug. There is also carpet in my room, and I put a thinner rug under this rug, so two layers under the rug, just wanted to explain all of that. It’s not only thick, durable and well made, but it’s beautiful to look at. My students are very poor and their eyes lit up when they saw this rug, which I purchased on my own but I got a grant for something else I needed, about the same cost so I was paying it forward..
