I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. So we received this upflush toilet in good standing with all required pieces in the box. The toilet is beautiful and so far works great. We took a chance getting this toilet because of the price. This Waykar 80 & 120 Dehumidifier is great. I ordered it on Thursday (a little less pricewise than my local stores), got it Saturday (free shipping BTW), I literally plugged it in, pressed the power button and it started working right away. It set itself to the room temp/humidity. I've already emptied it twice in less than 24 hours and I can tell the difference already (I have a finished basement with industrial type carpeting). I didn't need the hose option but it was included. I don't mind having to empty it into my laundry room sink or save it to water flowers (the water tank isn't heavy). It's also very quiet.
