The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. A great shed, creative design, step by step instructions. Was very careful in leveling aspect because I knew the alienation depended on it. All in all everything went well till the last two roof panels. Had to catch the top hole positions first to find I had to drill holes for the rest with not being able to fasten the two middle holes on both panels. Patch and silicone the last remaining four middle holes. But it’s a nice size beautiful shed. Will reinforce it inside for here in Puerto Rico we sometimes get stronger storm winds.. Angel Luis.
